Ruskin Lodge was originally built for Dr George Henry
personal physician to Tennyson and a close friend of the family.
Also close by is Dimbola Lodge, the home of
Julia Margaret Cameron and now a photography museum, showcasing the
works of contemporary photographers, alongside Cameron’s own portraits
of Victorian celebrities.
Situated within two miles of the
